I know what it’s like to feel stuck in anxiety and not know how to break free from that or unhealthy relationships, family patterns that keep you from reaching your desired life, and wanting a healthier version of yourself. I became a therapist after seeing the need for connection and communication among us as a whole, to help others find their voice and feel safe and confident to use it.
I work together with individuals, couples, and families of all ages who feel overwhelmed by daily life pressures and challenges and often feel stuck in past experiences while in the present moment. Change can be weird, at times quite challenging, but it is possible!
I specialize in trauma-informed approaches, attachment theory, PACE, family systems theories, and the person-centered approach with an understanding of the various systems we are all a part of. I additionally provide Brainspotting, which is a noninvasive therapy that allows the brain and body to connect, process, and release stored traumatic memories and associated feelings within the body.
